Young leaves of raspberry harvested and dried in farms in Bulgaria in the spring before the flowers start to emerge. Raspberry leaves can be enjoyed either as a hot infusion or cooled down to make an iced tea. They can be blended with other teas/ingredients like our Nettle, Spearmint or Lemon Verbena to make soothing blends. Can be brewed, cooled and incorporated into recipes like smoothies. This tea is traditionally used as an aid in the reproductive health of women but should NOT be used during the first trimester of pregnancy. In alternative medicine, practitioners and midwives recommend drinking this tea just before and during labour in order to induce contractions and speed the delivery process.
