Known as Elma cayi, this herbal infusion is sold as a herbal medication in Turkey. There it is commonly served with cookies known as Qurabiya. This tea is made of real Apple pieces and yields a mellow liquor that smells intensely like apple juice. The tea is a perfect mix of sweet and sour and makes a fantastic hot tea as well as a soothing iced tea. Ingredients: Natural dried Apple pieces (95.2%), Flavouring and Citric acid (acidifier)
